Andrew M. Klaas, Esq.
Andrew M. Klaas provides experienced, client-focused legal guidance, helping you navigate family law, litigation, and estate planning with clarity, confidence, and a strong focus on protecting your interests.
Andrew M. Klaas believes in a simple principle: provide high-quality legal services with personalized attention. He built his approach around helping clients not only with their legal needs, but also with the personal challenges that often come with them.

Andrew is a trial attorney who focuses on litigation, civil disputes, family law, estate planning, guardianships, business formation, and business litigation. He advocates for his clients with a clear understanding of both their immediate concerns and long-term goals.
He dedicates much of his practice to family law matters. Through his experience with the Barrington Police Department and his work with the Domestic Violence Clinic under Illinois Supreme Court Rule 711, Andrew developed a strong understanding of the emotional and personal challenges his clients face. He uses that insight to guide clients with both skill and compassion.
Andrew has also committed his time to serving the community. He volunteered with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services, representing children as a Guardian Ad Litem and Child Representative. He now serves on the Cook County Guardian Ad Litem and Child Representative List. He also volunteers with Willow Creek’s Awana program and serves on the board of the KlaasKids Foundation, supporting efforts to prevent child abuse.
Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University in 2016, where he majored in Applied Sociology and Law Enforcement. He received his Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2018.
Andrew is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Indiana.
