Mr. Baglia earned his undergraduate degree in International Affairs from Florida State University before graduating cum laude from UIC John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. While in law school, his scholarly work was recognized when his law review comment was selected for publication in the John Marshall Law Review.
